Arrow Realty Partners, LLC was established in 2017 for the purpose of offering institutional quality, highly thoughtful real estate advisory services and investment opportunities, to smaller corporations and qualified investors, respectively.

The goal is to fill a present quality void below standard institutional thresholds:

  • For smaller qualified investors, ARB can deliver thesis-driven “value-add” investments, professionally purchased, asset-managed, improved and sold through its life cycle.
  • For smaller corporations, ARB can be a trusted real estate advisor, whose actions and advice are not colored by a corporate culture rooted in generating transactional fees.


Arrow Realty Partners offers a full range of real estate development services from project conception, feasibility and underwriting through design, permitting, construction and disposition. Services by Seasoned Management

  • Portfolio/Asset Management- Mr. Barres ran a large portfolio consisting of multi tenanted suburban office buildings, bulkdistribution industrial warehouses, and retail centers; on average, the portfolio was comprised of approximately 30 assets containing 2 million square feet and yielding a cumulative NOI of $20 million per annum.
  • Lease Negotiation- Mr. Barres negotiated approximately 400 lease transactions (new/amendments).
  • Project Management- Concept through Completion
    • 2 ground-up developments: bulk distribution warehouse and retail strip center), 5 office building lobby and bathroom renovations, 2+ retail center façade renovations,numerous large capital projects -HVAC systems, roofs, garages, etc.
  • Acquisitions: 11 acquisitions totaling approximately 2 million square feet and valued at $210 million.
  • Dispositions: 8 sales totaling approximately 1 million square feet and valued at $80 million.
