  • Portfolio Management: Over the last 17 years, Mr. Barres has run a large East Region portfolio consisting of multi‑tenanted suburban office buildings, bulk‑distribution industrial warehouses, and retail centers; on average, approximately 30 assets containing 2 million square feet and yielding a cumulative NOI of $20 million per annum.
  • Lease Negotiation:  Approximately 400 lease transactions (new/amendments) negotiated.
  • Project Management:  From concept to completion: 2 ground-up developments (bulk distribution warehouse and retail strip center), 5 office building lobby and bathroom renovations, 2+ retail center façade renovations and numerous large capital projects (HVAC systems, roofs, garages, etc.).
  • Acquisitions: 11 acquisitions totaling approximately 2 million square feet and valued at $210 million.
  • Dispositions: 8 sales totaling approximately 1 million square feet and valued at $80 million.
